FlOS uses as little data as possible. This page explains what is stored, why, for how long, and how you can remove it again.
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
The booking assistant and the map only load with your permission.

01What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website keeps in your browser and receives back when you return. This site sets no cookies of its own. We keep your preferences in your browser's storage (localStorage).
02What do we store ourselves?
This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking. We keep this in your browser:

We load these services only if you allow them. Without your permission they stay off.
Dentelus (app.dentelus.be) is the online agenda and booking assistant you use to book right away. Dentelus can collect data on its own domain about that booking conversation. If you did not accept this preference, we do not load the assistant and you can still book with the ‘Book an appointment’ button.
Google Maps (maps.google.com) shows our location on a map. Google can collect data while doing so. If you did not accept this preference, we show the address without a map.
04For how long?
Your preferences stay in your browser until you clear them or delete your browser history. For Dentelus and Google data, their own retention periods apply.
05Your rights
You may inspect, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Mail info@flos.gent for that. Not satisfied? You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, claims@apd-gba.be.
